Well, I have recently convinced my employer to serve Masala Chai in his restaurant. I made up a special blend of ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns, orange zest, and Darjeeling tea, and everyone is loving it. It is many times better than store-bought concentrated brands.

I encourage everyone to try making it themselves, I often keep a pot of Chai on the stove at home so it is ready whenever I want it.
