Here in the Portland, Oregon, area is a chain of natural and organic grocery stores call Nature's Fresh Northwest. Natures sell Sattwa Chai, which is simply the dry ingredients in a little plastic bag. Add your own water and milk, heat on the stovetop or ala lattÈ, strain and enjoy! Sattwa is in Newberg, Oregon, about 30 miles southwest of Portland. Nature's carries 2 Sattwa blends (although there may be more). An herbal decaf blend called Shanti Herbal Chai(relaxing and yummy) and a spicer blend with black tea called Kovalam Spice Chai (very spicy, lots of black pepper).
