In the latest issue of Specialty Coffee Retailer (a trade journal) they had a long article about specialty teas in coffee shops -- and in that article, they discussed Chai and its popularity in the West and suggested that it is ripe for an explosion into the rest of the US. Since we are in cold Minnesota, we are working on our own spice b blend so we can make a pitcher of Cahai for those cold snowy days. Judith
